Can I rent a costume and buy one in the same order?
Yes. Rental and purchase items can both be added to your cart, and each is handled with its own terms at checkout.
How does sizing work?
Each product page shows a size guide by age (for kids) or SāXL (for adults). Check garment measurements before ordering, and choose the larger size if you're between sizes.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Purchases deliver pan-India. Rentals are currently available in select serviceable pincodes ā enter your pincode on the product page to check availability before booking.
What happens to my deposit after a rental?
A clean return gets a full deposit refund. Late fees or damage, if any, are deducted from the deposit and shown to you before the refund is processed.
Can I book a rental for tomorrow's event?
Same-day booking for a next-day event is allowed, subject to the costume and size being available for your dates.
Do you handle bulk orders for schools or events?
